Michael is a telecoms, oil, gas and chemicals expert with over 20 years in leadership roles across the sectors. Apart from the Omni Group of Companies of which he is founder, Michael has participated in several initiatives which have shaped the ICT space in Ghana, amongst which include serving in a technical capacity as a Member of the Court of Governors, Ghana-India Kofi Annan Centre of Excellence (2001–2008), ICT Advisor to Telecom-Liberia (2004-2005) and IT Advisor to the Inspector General of Police, Liberia (2004-2005). He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc) in Petroleum Engineering and a Bachelor of Science Degree (Minor) in Marketing from Marietta College, Ohio, USA.

Pamela is an international finance, administration and operations professional with a career spanning 23 years. Beginning her career in 1997 as Treasury Manager for Ashanti Treasury Services in the United Kingdom, Pamela’s role included management of the Group’s gold hedging operations, ensuring trading within the framework and in line with hedging agreements of the Organisation’s Risk Management Hedging Policy. She is cofounder of the Omni Group of Companies.
Pamela has a BA in Economics and Psychology from the University of Ghana and a Diploma in Management from Henley Management College in the UK.

Doreen Ankumah has a combined total of over 20 years of rich work experience in Human Resources and Administrative Management. She holds an MBA in Human Resource from the University of Cape Coast, and a Chartered Human Resource Management Practitioner (CHRMP) of the Institute of Human Resource Management Professional (IHRMP). She has worked in the banking, trade, and export industries.
